Pilot for One Day
Experience the thrill of flying a legendary aircraft with our Pilot for One Day program! Based in Northern Germany, this experience provides hands-on flying with an experienced instructor, offering insight into tailwheel aircraft handling and the unique characteristics of the Do27. PPL / LAPL / SEP
We offer initial training for PPL (Private Pilot License) and LAPL (Light Aircraft Pilot License) as well as SEP (Single Engine Piston) class ratings. Whether you want to start your training on a unique aircraft like the Dornier Do27 or renew your SEP rating as an experienced airline pilot, we provide customized training to suit your needs.

CB-IR on Your Own Aircraft
Earn your Competency-Based Instrument Rating (CB-IR) while training on your own aircraft. In cooperation with our partner ATO, you will complete 30 of the required 40 flight hours on your own plane, with the remaining hours conducted within the ATO.

Initial Warbird Training (Dornier Do27)
Mastering tailwheel flying on the Dornier Do27 is the first step into the world of warbirds. With its narrow landing gear, high center of gravity and 1700 kg takeoff weight, the Do27 is a challenging yet rewarding aircraft to fly. Pilots proficient on the Do27 will have an easier transition to iconic warbirds like the T-6 or P-51 Mustang. We provide in-depth training on differences between military and civilian procedures and emphasize aircraft preservation and smooth engine handling, particularly with the unique GO-480 geared engine.

Glider Towing
The Dornier Do27 excels at glider towing, capable of towing up to three gliders at once. It is an excellent aircraft for pilots aiming to obtain a glider towing endorsement. For those looking for a smaller start, training can also be conducted on the Aviat Husky.
